Very friendly family run company with some excellent engineers and knowledge. Very trustworthy and have all the correct H&S stuff in place so as a large company we can use safely without worry. Used for some years and very happy to continue.

ACE Services is that rare type of company – a family-run firm, with the knowledge, infrastructure, attention-to-detail and customer service ethos of a large multinational corporation. At every stage of the process, Tim Foster and his superb team are on hand to advise on exactly what works best for each individual job. Having been referred by a previous customer, I found that there was no hard sell – only honest, straightforward and intuitive communication about my needs. The company is extremely sensitive to issues of budget and affordability, trying at every point to minimise my outlay and maximise the benefits of air-conditioning, air-cooling, air-purification and air-warming. I was delighted to find that the solution they came up with for my own complex domestic and business needs was surprisingly affordable. They work with a wide variety of manufacturers, and given the generous levels of long-term servicing they offer, their installation and maintenance expertise are clearly held in high esteem by their suppliers. After two extensive site-visits, installation day itself was a smooth and entirely hassle-free experience. Electrical and structural elements are handled with dexterity; aesthetic considerations and the overall design of your home are taken into account at every stage; noise and mess are kept to a minimum – indeed the team constantly clean up after every section of the installation. Before they left they even made sure I was connected up to the mobile App that controls the unit remotely. The finished product has absolutely transformed the premises, meaning that summers are infinitely more manageable and winters much more comfortable, all achieved with one extremely elegant and visually appealing unit, placed discreetly at the point of maximum effectiveness. I’ve now arranged for a twice-yearly service visit, very competitively priced and designed to keep the unit in tip-top condition and extend its lifespan. Overall, it’s been a total pleasure dealing with Tim and the rest of the team. Warmly recommended.

Ace services dismantled my cold store and rebuilt it at my new depot, the staff involved were very professional at all times and completed the difficult installation very well with no impact on my daily operation ( big praise to them ) I would not hesitate to use Ace services again and totally recommend

Back towards the end of 2016 we were just at the beginning of having a loft extension built and in amongst all the other expense I had to think about whether we should fit A/C in the two new loft rooms, as one was to be my office and the other our new bedroom. I had heard attic rooms can get quite hot in the summer so I thought I would try to find out a bit more about it. I spoke to a number of prospective suppliers who all seemed good and helpful. That was until I ended up contacting ACE Services in Aylesbury, who were in a totally different league.

I sent a contact request through ACE’s website on the 23rd November and the next day I was contacted by Tim, the MD of the business suggesting they would like to come in and do a survey to see the suitability for A/C in the property. I was keen to get the engineer round as soon as possible as I was at a point that I needed to decide pretty much right away whether I was going to have it installed or not as the internal walls were going to go up. Amazingly Tim arranged for one of his engineers (Mark) to come over the next day, which I was amazed at as I certainly wasn’t expecting someone around so quickly.

What can I say other than exceptional service from start to finish, right from the beginning everything was explained in detail so I could make an informed decision. Mark was super informative, offering as much detail as I wanted to hear allowing me to make the informed decision I wanted to make. That initial meeting plus the following conversation with Tim to agree the price made me super comfortable to use their services.

At all times during the installation we were made to feel that their aim was to make sure we were happy and that we understood what they were doing and why. Right throughout the process they were checking in to make sure we knew what was being done and why, even when we came to a point where we were expecting something different in the way the pipes were hidden, their simple answer was” if you’re not happy then we need to make you happy”, off they went to solve the problem, which they of course did! Of course we understand that not every problem can be solved, however I get the feeling that pretty much every obstacle they’d try their hardest to overcome.

I very rarely bother to write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to. Unfortunately, this level of service is so rare when you come across it you just want to tell everyone, so that those who are interested in having A/C fitted use the supplier and other A/C suppliers see this level of service as a benchmark to reach.

ACE are like the John Lewis of A/C services I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The firm is family owned and we can’t fault the service that has been provided. Any problems that have arisen with any part of the systems have been dealt with in an exemplary and in a timely manner. In addition the costs have been particularly reasonable. It gives me pleasure in recommending them for the installation of new heating air-conditioning / heating systems and the servicing or repair of older systems.

Had a unit installed in daughters bedroom. The initial survey was good and prompt followed by a prompt installation date. The installation was trouble free, very neat and soon after the installation. The unit performs well giving comfortable sleeping during the recent hot weather. The company is professional employs good knowledgeable people, is neat and tidy everything you would want in someone making modifications to your home.

Ace Services provided us with a first-class professional service. The survey, quotation and proposal was quick and very informative. The installation date was arranged for our convenience. The actual installation was carried out by two extremely helpful engineers, who were both friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very Happy, will use ACE again for future installations.

The ACE team, lead very effectively by James, managed to work around our operations and at all times tried to minimise any disruption, where disruption was necessary work was scheduled to reduce the impact as far as possible – even out of hours. The whole project was delivered on time and with the minimum of disturbance and once complete the site was left very clean and tidy.

The team are highly motivated, proactive and customer-oriented. They installed the AC split unit well within the time, very professional standard of installation and high quality workmanship. And to top it all they were a really pleasant and interesting team.
