As substantial investments, we feel it is important that new air conditioning systems are covered by comprehensive warranties. This gives you peace of mind that the installation is protected should any problems be detected, and any parts can be replaced at no additional cost.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment we supply comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. This covers all parts but not labour, so in ordinary circumstances a callout charge may apply.
Labour Warranty
At ACE we increase the level of standard cover on new equipment by including a one-year labour warranty as well, so all repairs in the first 12 months will be free. Manufacturers and labour warranty are included in the price of the system.
Extended Cover
For customers who have taken out a regular maintenance agreement with us, we provide extended parts cover. For example, for Fujitsu systems the extended parts warranty period is three years, while for Mitsubishi Electric it is five years.
Maintenance Agreements
We strongly recommend one of our maintenance service plans to help keep your system healthy and avoid critical faults. These plans are available on flexible terms for any type of air conditioning system. Many customers take out a maintenance plan on purchasing a new system, which gives them comprehensive cover, even after the system goes out of warranty. Maintenance plans can cover repairs only, or can include servicing as well. We are also happy to maintain system not installed by ourselves.
